Subject: Pre 1996 Maj Gens & equivalent pension orders.
Hi,
It is my pleasure to send you the Govt Implementation letter in in pursuance of Supreme Court Judgement. Please give wide publicity.
At last our struggle has been successful, but Govt is bent upon harrassing us. Firstly, there is no way ALL effected offrs & widows will get this info with in a month ( therefore will not get 10% interest) & secondly, the operative portion of the SC Judgement quoted though correctly given is to be read in conjunction with paras where it states that our pension must be same as Post 1.1.96 Maj Gens & Equivalent.
Can the experts comment please?.
