Dear General Raj Kadiyan & General Satbir Singh

Please accept my heariest congratulations on being given the baton once again to lead the struggle for the next two years. I find my dear friend & one of the leading lights of the IESM Col Rajan not in the list of functionaries? Col Tyagi who has scored a dozen votes must be given due respect for keeping up the democratic tradition for standing up.

I had requested quite long time back to be taken off the Core Gp -for not being able to contribute much due to my pre-occupation with education.

I have one small suggestion that IESM should ask for Annual Subscription of say Rs 1000/- on voluntary basis instead of donation.
I will be contributing @ Rs 1000/- per year.

Congratulations to all members of the Governing Body.
