The learned Supreme Court is supporting our cause, leading newspapers and magazines are highlighting the cussedness of our bureaucrats, but till date like Nero, they are unmoved and our dependant politicians will not act. To my mind, the Service Chiefs need to demand, as they did in the case of the Lt.Cols & equivalents being placed in PB4. It has been dissapointing to me that the IESM's 'dharanas', return of medals and continual efforts for OROP have not elicited any known help from the leaders of the serving fraternity. There is, I feel, a limit to our long-cherished non-intereferance in political matters.
