The much delayed IESM members Lunch get together is now planned for
24 Jan 2010. We are expecting Col Kirit Joshipura Convener Maharashtra, Hq IESM, and Gr Capt V K Gandhi, Gen Secretary IESM, to be with us on that day.
The Venue for event is
VIVEKANAND HALL
WRANGLER PARANJAPE ROAD
OFF APTE ROAD
VEHICULAR ENTRY FROM FC ROAD LANE NEXT TO VAISHALI
PEDESTRIAN ENTRY FROM APTE ROAD OPPOSITE THE UNITED BANK OF INDIA distance 50 meters
The members are requested to gather by 1100 hrs at the venue. We will have a small update on various issues by the Delhi Members followed by some interaction between members and then Lunch at about 1230 hrs.
All members and family are invited to the meet. The per head contribution will be Rs 150.ANY SAVINGS DUE TO INCREASED ATTENDANCE WILL BE GIVEN AS DONATION TO IESM.
Please encourage your other friends who are not members to also come and join. The membership for them will be done on the spot.
You are also requested to inform those of your friends who are members but not on internet. I shall of course try to call them on landline.
Medals for depositing with the President of India will also be collected on that day. So don't forget to get the medals.
Kindly confirm you will attend single or with wife. Please indicate if some more friends would also attend with you. Conformation to reach me by 16 Jan 2010 latest.
