The BJP has already made pre-poll alliance with certain parties that include Akali Dal, Indian National Lok Dal and Lok Dal (Ajit Singh). They are not contesting against each other. Therefore, we must support these allies wherever we can and the advisory on this can/should be disseminated ASAP.

There is no splitting of votes between the NDA allies. In any constituency, only one candidate from one of the constituents is contesting. And, it is in our interest that the NDA manifesto also reflects all that BJP's does. We need to persuade the constituents (no doubt BJP will also do it on their own) that they agree to inclusion of our concerns in NDA manifesto (coming out in a day or so). In fact, we had insisted on this with the BJP during our discussion with them. We must get a similar commitment from all NDA constituents. And, therefore, our attempt to persuade them all.

Recommend again that the advisory and my mail is issued urgently.

Yes, I will.
This is already implied in our advisory. In case of NDA, wherever an Ally candidate (INLD, Akali Dal and Indian Lok Dal) is contesting there will be no BJP candidate. For example in the 10 seats of Haryana, BJP is contesting on five and the INLD on the remaining five. There is no contradiction.
