TV Serial Show -Casing Gallantry, Valour and Govt Neglect
of Defence Personnel: True Stories
Dear Friends,
1. Today, one of the TV Channel approached us for making TV serial of 25 -30 episodes showcasing the true stories/ case studies of gallant actions, valour demonstrated by Defence Services Personnel in Wars, insurgencies and in aid civil authority and the Govt neglect of the Defence Personnel. Injustice done to the Defence Personnel over the years by successive Govts would also be highlighted. The TV Channel plans to telecast the serial immediately with an aim to build up public option on such issues specially in the light of political activity of the coming Lok Sabha Elections.
2. They have asked for our suggestion for a suitable name for the serial. The TV Channel is looking for true stories where the Defence Personnel and their members of the family could be incorporated in the episodes.
3. May I request you to forward true stories of valour, gallant actions demonstrated by our Defence personnel alongwith a write up of the story, details of Defence Personnel their address, telephone and email etc at the earliest to me either through email or through courier at H. No 543, Sector 23, Gurgaon, Pin No 122017, Haryana. Issues/aspects of Injustices being done to the Defence Forces could also be sent.
