I agree with Rakesh. One should pickup any subject with which he has knowledge & inclination.

The most live subject is 4th Pay Commission - Rank Pay which effects both Serving & Veterans. I had sent papers pertain to Rank Pay obtained under RTI to Maj. Gen. Satbir Singh SM.

These will be of immense value when a counter-affidavit is filed in the Supreme Court. These papers prove that the Ministry of Defence (finance) had objected to the way Pay was fixed by the MOD & had anticipated that it will not stand the scrutiny of Law.

The MOD had suppressed this letter from the PM & instead attached a Note from Ministry of Economic Affairs with the Note to the PM, who approved the same.

It is a clear case of intentional fraud by with MOD Bureaucrats with the Armed Forces. The matter was reported to the CBI Chandigarh who forwarded to CBI Delhi who took no note of it. These facts are included in my E-mail to the PM. It appears no note is taken by any one.

Three courses of action are recommended. One. The Papers with Maj. Gen. Satbir Sing SM be shared with the group filing the counter affidavit & prayer may include; action be taken against who committed this fraud. Two. All NGOs may contact respective MPs & convey a common draft to them for exposing Ministry of Defence in the Parliament. Three. The Armed Forces may adopt QSIR to say that the morale of the Officers is effected since those who are supposed to protect the interest of the Soldiers are working against them
