Dear Brigadier CS Kamboj, VSM., VETERAN:
I have been following up most of the recent mails from your good offices. Much has been said and repeatedly addressed to the PM, President, Minister Of Defence by our learned veteran writers. Of course the letter from Maj Gen (Retd) Satbir Singh, SM Vice Chairman Indian ESM Movement dated 23 April 2010 to the RM, PM, Smt. Sonia Gandhi, Chairperson UPA & National Advisory Council and three chiefs, quoting all the decisions of the Supreme Court and the AFTs was impressive and should bear fruits, if read. And the situation is that we do not know if these communications have even reached their hands. I suggest, we may file repeated demands using 'RTI' to gain information from respective secretariates , if the same have reached the hands of respective hands or not and when and their responses. This may ultimately be useful in either our gaining success or mounting pressure. At least we may account on counting the denial of even this information.
