So far we had one Army Chief and three Naval Chiefs as members of IESM.

Air Chief Marshal H Mulgaonkar has also now joined the devoted group of ESM – The IESM.
Please read the email below from Gen Kadyan, Chairman IESM.

Naval Foundation and IESM have been mutually supporting each other in the fight against injustice to Defence Personnel since long.
We hope that IAF Association will also now come forward and take active part in the fight by ESM against injustice to Defence Personnel.

I request all IAF members of IESM to once again take on the task of convincing the IAF Association of coming forward and join hands with Naval Foundation and IESM in their fight against injustice to Defence Personnel.

UNITED WE WIN – DIVIDED WE FALL.

LET ALL ESM ORGANISATION AND INDIVIDUAL ESM JOIN HANDS

AND

FIGHT AGAINST INJUSTICE TO DEFENCE SERVICES.

IT IS NOW OR NEVER.
