Am deeply impressed by your mails, msgs and remarkable personalities'-rare, indeed, in so many ways and, more-so, in these times. The nobility of your cause, selfless commitment & spirit of sacrifice are inspiring. Bravo and may God Bless you both.


Have been an ab-initio admirer of your Core Team also-top two having been close friends and former colleagues-Genlemen Generals, both (Lt Gen Raj Kadyan, Chairman IESM and Maj Gen Satbir Singh, Vice Chairman IESM).


Beyond specific inequities, what has been an eye-opening revelation is the blind-folded Est (AG/HR systems within the Services) that never discovered these 'blindspots' e.g rank-pay chicanery after 4CPC and now Majors scale anomaly. Reform of the System also needs to be on your Agenda?


Fully agree with the 'galvanized group'and electrified elite achievements. The challenges of gaining mass & maintaining momentum are rightly the top priority now. Rajan, your planned thrust and objs are admirable, appropriate and brilliantly conceived.


Am a 'card-holding' member and supporter- regrettably age, health and context inhibit a more active role. All the same, shall do whatever one can do.
