Dear Editor ,
Tenth anniversary of victory in the 'Kargil War' falls on 26 July . Regretfully and ironically most of our countrymen are obvious of it . No govt function to honour the Martyrs is being planned . To keep their memory alive , the Ex-Servicemen are paying homage at the War Memorials across the country on that day.
A letter on the above subject is attached for publication in your Esteemed Paper/magazine . Least we can do is to light a candle for those who gave their lives for us .
