I am circulating a communiqué shot by our organization to Secretary (Ex-Servicemen Affairs) & Chairman High Powered Committee, Ministry of Defence on 18 May 2009 regarding the following points relating to PBORs Veterans and the response dated. 05 June 2009, received from Addl. Dte. Gen. Pers. Services Adjutant General's Branch Integrated HQs of MOD (Army) regarding the progress along with a letter from Army Group Insurance Fund AGI Bhawan dated. 07 July 2009.



1. Inadequate Promotion among the PBORs

2. Assured Career Progression Scheme (ACP Scheme) for PBORs.

3. Additional conditions imposed on the post retirement canteen benefits

of PBORs.

4. Extended Insurance (EI) Cover From AGIF are Veterans.

I hope this will be received by all the Veterans for their information in good sense and not otherwise.
