Subject: [MilitaryVeterans] CONTINUING MOMENTUM
1. Very seldom has any peaceful & disciplined movement made so
profound an impact as IESM has.After PB-4 for the left outs & soon to
come OROP-the momentum needs to be continued for the good of the
community & the society?
Yesterday while confabulating with Col Raian Srinivas & galaxy of
veterans whom Col Rajan had invited for lunch- it was suggested that-
(a) We should use our goodwill & resources to create professional
education facilities for the retired & serving defence
people.Education would empower us.
(b) Possibly IESM can seek land allotment at concessional rates in
metros & good cities & offer these the needy ESM's( No resale
permitted)
2. Many veterans are taking quite an active part in motivating the
enlightening the ESM's even by going to the rural areas. It is
imperative that their expenses are defrayed.
