MOD letter No. 17(4)/2008(1)/D (Pen/Policy) dated 20.05.2009 on the above
subject at serial No. (i) which is self explanatory is forwarded herewith for further
necessary action at your end. The table showing rates of minimum guaranteed
pension and ordinary family pension for Pre 01.01.2006, MNS retiree Officers
enclosed with the MOD letter dated 20.05.2009 may be treated as Annexure –II A toMOD letter dated 11.11.2008 circulated vide this office circular No. 397 dated
18.11.2008.
2. Annexure – II of the Ministry of Defence letter No. 17(4)/2008(1)/D
(Pen/Policy) dated 11.11.2008 which was modified/substituted vide Ministry of
Defence letter No. 17(4)/2008(1)/D (Pen/Policy) dated 11.12.2008 and No.
17(4)/2008(1)/D (Pen/Policy) dated 20.01.2009 is further modified in respect of
Lieutenant Colonel (Substantive) / Lieutenant Colonel (Time Scale) and
equivalent ranks in Navy and Air Force only by enclosed Annexure II vide MOD
letter No. 17(4)/2008(1)/D (Pen/Policy) dated 21.05.2009(copy enclosed), which is
self explanatory.
3. All other subsidiary payment instructions will be the same as already
circulated vide this office circulars quoted under reference.
4. This circular has been uploaded on PCDA (P) website

ReplyDelete1. regards to you. i have retired from iaf on 31 aug 08 on completion of 23 yrs of service.since then i am not in receipt of my encashment of leave amount and any benefits of vith pay commission.

One of my friend serno 6794052 Rank Nk of Army Medical Corps expired on 16 Jul 09 His PPO No is S/7726/83. The death certificate was forwaeded to AMC Records Luckhnow but till date the pension for his widow has not started. Please intimate the action. Thanks

date of discharge is 1.5.1979 after 28 years and six days of service.
sir his date of birth is 15.07.1929
he is getting pension.
pension details are
PPO NO = BWI/ 6702 HRA 01/02401. he is getting pension in SBI RAJNAGAR GHAZIABAD BRANCH IN ACCOUNT NO= 20000340639.
sir we will be thankful if you can clarify following
1) my father is getting the pension of
GROUP E.
MY FATHER WAS NURSING TECHNICIAN N/T SO AS PER OUR INFORMATION HE WAS ENTITLED FOR GROUP B PENSION.
MAY BE THIS WAS A CLERICAL MISTAKE AND HE GOT THE PENSION OF GROUP E INSTEAD OF GROUP B

Hony Lt were given a salary slightly higher than a Commisioned Lt. till 5 CPC. 6th CPC h?as considered the minimum of Pay Band III as notinal pay for pension and as a result pension of an Hony Fg.Offr is less than a MWO retired. As per present rule Hony Fg Offr gets a pension of Rs.13500/= and a MWO who did not get Hony Rank gets Rs.13590/= Is this not an anomoly which requires rectification? Kindly do the needful. ReplyDeletehaving submitted number of applications to OIC Grenadies records and CDA(P) allahabad regarding revision of pension for hon nb sub/z /Q.s 26 yrs since erroneously granted pension for 24 yrs. none of the authority is sending any reply in this regard ? from: Hon.Nb.Sub.Dipsinh sangada A.NoL 2666164-m of GRenadies date of disch : 28.2.2001
